When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible. After successful verification (time frame: within 4 – 6 working days after ordered date)

The official working days from Sunday till Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm

What will happen on delivery day?

  • When your order is shipped and ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS indicating that the order is in the process of being delivered to you, including the time of delivery and the contact details of the delivery representative.
  • If the Courier needs more details about your address, you will receive a phone call from him
  • If the shipping company tries to deliver three times without successfully reaching you, this order will be canceled.

How much the Shipping Cost?

  • We would like to inform you all orders more than 200 SAR it will be free shipping
  • All orders less than 200 SAR shipping fee will be 30 SAR
  • Cash on delivery will be charged an additional service fee 30 SAR per order
